health and the natural environment. We want to serve you in the most efficient,
courteous manner possible. We realize that we operate at the pleasure
of the public.
We provide safe drinking water and a sanitary disposal method after it goes down the drain. We are proud participants in the Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority (NACA) which is a regional approach to our area’s wastewater needs. The NACA facility is a state of the art treatment facility designed to achieve the highest level of protection of our region’s streams and water supply.

There are two major utility subdivisions within the City – Water and Wastewater which are operated by the Tontitown Water & Sewer Commission as outlined under state law, ACA 14-234-116.
